The reason I joined the Hazelwood art group was for rehabilitation purposes after I had suffered the loss of use in my right hand due to an illness which left me with some loss of movement in my hand.

The group at Hazelwood art are friendly and are of all types of standard so this made fitting in so much easier.

People within the group are all willing to help each other, what ever the problem may be.

My favourite medium is oil on canvas I find this suits my way of painting I have tried Watercolour and Acrylics but always come back to oils.
